I don’t believe in coincidences but I do believe in synchronicity.

Importantly, the more courageous we are in listening to ourselves and to others, we build those connections to make sense of what we are thinking and saying.

Today an image came up in my coaching practice of standing on the edge and the feeling of space all around.

Then I saw an article

A planetary system in the making. A tiny bright bulb in the darkness, encircled in its own ring of dust and gas, known as a protoplanetary disk that is a cosmic home from the beginning.

Situated in the Orion Nebula, a luminous cloud of interstellar gas and dust about 1,500 light-years away. Its star is about 1 million years old. Dust around star blocks that will eventually transform into full-blown worlds.

This is a beautiful metaphor for infinite possibilities; something small and tiny in the making.

And a metaphor for a dream โ€“ that idea you have, for the life you want to live, the business you want
to grow and scale.

A metaphor for the truth that is most of humanity will not reach their potential yet know, that there are infinite possibilities, if we bring our dreams โ€“ our ideas and visions โ€“ to the fore. Because there is space for everyone.

Iโ€™m inviting you to explore what infinite possibilities means to you.

Write it down.

Talk about it.

Start.

Find someone that will support you in your big idea.

And if I share again with you the numerous times that people have said to me โ€˜Iโ€™ve never felt comfortable sharing what I want to do next with anyone beforeโ€™ or โ€˜you didnโ€™t laugh at meโ€™ or โ€˜who am I to go and do thatโ€™ then know that anything is possible.

If you want something to change in your life, your leadership or your business, make a courageous choice and take a chance on what you know.
