We all have niggling self-doubts that can get in the way of our happiness and performance. Recognising them is the first step. The second is to build up your positive sage powers to override those saboteur tendencies. This isn’t about smiling more, putting on a brave front, nor putting more energy into be happier, Positive Intelligence is a synthesis of recent breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive, positive psychology and performance science validated by over half a million participants in 50 countries.

It is a measure of positive mental muscles (Sage) versus negative ones (Saboteurs). During this 8-week programme you will strengthen three core muscles at the root of mental fitness:

  • Saboteur Interceptor by building your self-awareness
  • Self-Command by practicing reps to rise above your negative thoughts
  • Sage through activating perspective and superpowers

Here you can see that the voices in your head that generate negative emotions exist in the brainstem, limbic system, and parts of the left brain. They produce stress, shame, self-doubt, anxiety, and more. Staying in these emotions hinders your ability to see clearly and choose the most impactful response.

The thrive region is where the sage operates in the middle prefrontal cortex, “empathy circuitry”, and parts of the right brain. It generates positive emotions while handling life’s challenges including empathy, compassion, gratitude, curiosity, joy of creativity, and clear, calm-headed focused action. This revision is wired for creativity and big-picture awareness to what is important and the best course of action for you. Activating this releases endorphins that counter the negative impact of stress.

Here’s what you get:

  • Week 1: a 1-hour welcome group coaching call at the start of the programme to answer all your questions
  • A pod of 3-5 participants, with whom you will meet weekly to support one another’s progress and stay on track
  • Weekly video lessons taught by Shirzad Chamine, the founder of Positive Intelligence
  • Weeks 2 to 7: weekly 45-minute weekly group coaching sessions with your accountability Pod scheduled each Monday at 1pm GMT between weeks 2 to 7 of the programme
  • Week 8 to 10 : integration – 1-hour group coaching sessions on how to continue strengthening your mental fitness after the end of the programme
  • Positive Intelligence App: 12 months access
  • Access to the Positive Intelligence audiobook inside the app + a PDF copy of the first eight chapters
